Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly do you ship out orders?
I try to ship most orders the same day as ordered, however some may not be shipped until the day after.
Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
I do have engraving options available on selected items, beyond that I generally do not take personalized/custom orders.
Do you provide a gift wrapping service?
At this stage I do not offer gift wrapping though very soon I will start to offer gift boxes for rings and other jewellery items.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes majority of my items have free shipping to the United states, Canada and Australia, other countries may cost a small fee as it is more expensive to ship.
What happens if my item does not arrive?
If tracking shows a non deliver for some reason you can chose refund or reship.
If tracking shows delivery than I'm afraid a refund or reship will not be possible.
Will my lighter arrive ready to use?
All lighters are sent without gas so they will need to be filled before you can use them.
Will you exchange my ring if a different size is required?
It is best to get your finger sized correctly by a jeweler before purchase. However as Tungsten Carbide cannot be resized I am happy to exchange if a different size is needed. The return shipping will be at buyers expense as well as the postage fee for the new ring to be posted back to you. Be aware this can be quite a lengthy process (especially if overseas) so it’s best to order the correct size at purchase.
Also items with customized engraving or any other kind of personalization will unfortunately not be accepted for exchange as they cannot be resold.
Will you accept a return and refund me if I have a change of heart and no longer want the item?
No majority of my items are made to order therefore I cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of heart
What returns do you accept?
I will accept returns where the item has been delivered damaged or broken and evidence can be provided to prove beyond reasonable doubt. If items are not as described I will also accept a return.
